Antique Martini
Unique and complex, this marriage of citrus and chocolate is perfectly preserved.
1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
½ oz plum sake
¼ oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
2 dash chocolate bitters
dash sugar syrup
Stir all ingredients over cubed ice and, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist
