Antique Martini
Unique and complex, this marriage of citrus and chocolate is perfectly preserved.
45ml/ 1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
15ml/ ½ oz Plum sake
15ml/ ½ oz Carpano antica formula vermouth
2 Dash chocolate bitters
Dash sugar syrup
Stir all ingredients over cubed ice and, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
