45ml/ 1.5 oz Belvedere Bloody Mary
30ml/ 1 oz Sage syrup
15ml/ 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Dash egg white

Dry shake & shake with cubed ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf or pear fan.
