Belvedere Beetroot and Spice Martini

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
30ml/ 1 oz Beetroot puree
3 Fresh cherries
1 Cardamom pod
Dash lemon
Dash peychaud bitters

Muddle cherries with cardamom. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rose petal.
