Belvedere Black Raspberry Hot Buttered Cranberry Punch

Creamy spiced red fruit, rich and sticky finger delicious, but still long and refreshing. Made for sharing on a cold winter's evening.

1100ml/ 36 oz Unsweetened pineapple juice
1100ml/ 36 oz Cranberry juice
240ml/ 8 oz Brown sugar, packed
480ml/ 16 oz Cranberry sauce
360ml/ 12 oz Water
10ml/ 1 teaspoon Whole cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
120ml/ 4 oz Butter, or pats of butter
480ml/ 8 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry

In a large saucepan or stock pot, combine the juices, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and water. Tie the whole cloves and cinnamon sticks in cheesecloth and add to the pot. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or longer.  Just before serving, stir in Belvedere Black Raspberry, and the butter. The butter will float on top and may need to be replenished from time to time, or float a small pat of butter in each cup.
