Belvedere Black Raspberry Milkshake
Who says milkshakes are for kids? This frothy adult beverage is fruity, creamy, and delicious.
(This is a batch recipe).
1 Bottle Belvedere Black Raspberry
300ml/ 10 oz Strawberry juice (40 grams strawberries yields 20 grams juice)
180ml/ 6 oz Simple syrup
760ml/ 25 oz Milk
180ml/ 6 oz Single cream
12cm Block dry ice
Blend all ingredients and chill. When ready to serve place a small piece of dry ice in base of milkshake glass and pour drink over ice.
