Belvedere Black Raspberry Sour

Like a bold red wine, this rich and robust sour is frothy, dry and full-on.

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
1 Bar spoon egg white
30ml/ 1 oz Lime juice
15ml/ 1/2 oz Simple syrup
Lime wedge
Dash Angostura Bitters
Cubed ice

Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) very hard for 5-10 seconds, add ice and shake again, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with a lime wheel or raspberry.
