45ml/ 1.5oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
15ml/ ½oz Lime juice
Dash agave
Handful fresh mint
6/7 Thin slices of cucumber
Place all ingredients into a highball glass. Top with crushed ice and churn. Re-top with crushed ice and top with soda.
