45ml/ 2 oz Deep chilled Belvedere Unfiltered
2 Rhubarb bitters
10ml/ ¼ oz simple syrup

Stir all ingredients, strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a charred orange zest. (Take 1 inch slice of an orange skin, remove pith. Torch the outer side until charred and zest on drink).
