60ml/ 2oz Belvedere Citrus
1 Whole green apple or 25ml/ ¾ oz pressed apple juice or puree
10ml/ ¼ oz Lemon juice
Dash Simple syrup
5 Coriander leaves

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a coriander leaf.
