Belvedere Grey Morning
Like sipping satin through velvet, the bright notes of Belvedere Orange punch through the soft floral folds of the Earl Grey foam.
60ml/ 2oz Belvedere Orange
30ml/ 1oz Fresh lemon juice
15ml/ ½oz Simple syrup
Earl Grey foam garnish
Prepare 500g of Earl Grey tea using the normal method. Soak 2 sheets 200 bloom gelatin, and decant into a crème whipper or espuma. Charge with 1 nitrous oxide canister and chill overnight (12 hours). Shake canister vigorously before use.
