Belvedere Holiday Cobbler
45ml/ 1½ oz Belvedere Unfiltered
15ml/ ½ oz Cinnamon syrup
15ml/ ½ oz Lemon juice
25ml/ ¾ oz Red wine
80ml/ 3 oz Apple juice
Served warm. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
*Cinnamon Syrup -
480ml/ 16oz Water
480ml/ 16oz White sugar
5 Cinnamon sticks
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve and funnel into a glass bottle. Keep refrigerated.
