Belvedere Intense Sour
Dagger sharp and feather soft, a marvelous drink made for a vodka that shines.
Belvedere Intense or Unfiltered
25ml/ 0.75 oz Lemon juice
Dash grapefruit bitters
Dash egg white
15ml/ 0.5 oz White grapefruit juice
10ml/ 0.25 oz Simple syrup
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice. Shake and strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with caramelized grapefruit.
