Belvedere Masquerade
Creamy and delicious, this much maligned classic gets a new lease of life from Belvedere's soft spice and vanilla cream soda.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
10ml / ¼oz Simple syrup
15ml / ½ oz Lemon juice
6 Fresh raspberries
Raspberry puree
Dash egg white
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a raspberry.
