45ml/ 1.5oz Belvedere Vodka
15ml/ ½oz Fresh passion fruit juice
15ml/ ½oz Simple syrup
45ml/ 1.5oz White wine
3 - 4 Mint leaves
Top with sparkling water
Stir all ingredients over ice and pour into highball glass
