Belvedere Orange Num Sum Kun
A street drink both complex and exotic. Fusion at its best.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Orange
1 Slice red chili
1 Slice lemongrass
3 Mint leaves
120ml/ 40 oz Mandarin juice
5ml/ 0.125 oz Lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Muddle botanicals with sugar and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemongrass.
