Belvedere Pineapple Rose

 

How is it that a few simple ingredients can take us from the gray streets of the city into a creamy, herbal and tropical breeze of a cocktail.

 

50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus
60ml/ 2.5 oz Pineapple syrup infused with rosemary
15ml/ ½ oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
50ml/ 2 oz Pineapple juice

Add all ingredients to a Boston Glass, and shake with cubed ice. Finely strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a pineapple speared with rosemary.
