Belvedere Pink Ginger Cosmo
Ginger is a flavor enhancer, especially where grapefruit is concerned. Subbing ginger liqueur for the usual triple sec brings out the tart and juicy sweetness of Belvedere Pink Grapefruit.
45ml/ 1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
10ml/ ¼ oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
10ml/ ¼ oz lime juice
½ oz Cranberry juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
