1.5 oz/ 45ml Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
1 oz/25ml grapefruit juice
Handful fresh mint
Dash simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a highball glass, top with crushed ice and churn. Retop with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig and an pink grapefruit slice.
