Belvedere Pink 'Nam Sum Kun'
Spicy chili, aromatic lemongrass, and cooling citrus, this drink awakens and excites the palate.
50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
1 Slice of red chili (not Thai or Birds eye, normal Chili)
1 Slice of lemongrass
3 Leaves mint
120ml/ 4 oz Mandarin juice (or clementine)
5ml/ .025 oz Lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
1. Muddle botanicals with sugar and shake with cubed ice. 2. Strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a stick of lemongrass.
