Belvedere Pink 'Nam Sum Kun'
Spicy chili, aromatic lemongrass, and cooling citrus, this drink awakens and excites the palate.
50ml/2oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
1 slice of Red Chili (not Thai or Birds eye, normal Chili)
1 slice of Lemongrass
3 leaves Mint
120 ml Mandarin Juice (or Clementine)
5 ml Lemon Juice
Dash of simple syrup
1. Muddle botanicals with sugar and shake with cubed ice. 2. Strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a stick of lemongrass.
