45ml / 1.5oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
10ml / 1⁄4oz Campari
60ml / 2oz Passion fruit syrup
Dash egg white
Dash simple syrup
Dash lemon juice
Dash soda water

Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of passion fruit.
