Belvedere Smoky Martini with Darjeeling Infused Ardbeg Blasda
A wonderful smokey haze of a cocktail that somhow stays both tanin dry and caramel sweet.
70ml/ 2.5 oz Belvedere
15ml/ ½ oz Darjeeling infused Ardbeg Blasda
Drop of Darjeeling tea syrup
Stir over cubed ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with caramelised cocktail onions.
