Belvedere Spring Lemon Punch
Slightly dry, a bit spicy, and full of fruity goodness, this effervescent punch puts regular Sangria to shame.
(This is a batch recipe).
750 ml Belvedere Citrus
150 ml Strawberry juice
350 ml Pressed apple juice
1 Punnet blackberries
1 Punnet raspberries
1 Punnet strawberries
150 ml Lemon juice
250 ml Ginger beer
1 Bottle Moet & Chandon
50 ml Campari
50 ml Simple syrup
2.5 kg Cubed ice
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Top with Fever Tree ginger beer.
