Belvedere Spring Lemon Punch
Slightly dry, a bit spicy, and full of fruity goodness, this effervescent punch puts regular Sangria to shame.
(This is a batch recipe).
760ml/ 22 oz Belvedere Citrus
160ml/ 5 oz Strawberry juice
360ml/ 12 oz Pressed apple juice
1 Punnet blackberries
1 Punnet raspberries
1 Punnet strawberries
160ml/ 5 oz Lemon juice
240ml/ 8 oz Ginger beer
1 Bottle Moet & Chandon
60ml/ 2 oz Campari
60ml/2 oz Simple syrup
2.5 kg Cubed ice
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Top with Fever Tree ginger beer.
