Belvedere Vodka Martini
The Koh-i-noor of dry vodka martinis. Beautiful polished with just enough vermouth to bring our diamond facets to life.
70ml/ 2.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
10ml/ ¼ oz Noilly Prat Vermouth
Half fill the bottom of a Boston Tin with cubed ice. Place another Boston Tin over the top of this, half fill this with cubed ice. Pour over vermouth and stir to coat ice. Drain out vermouth, pour in Belvedere and stir gently until outside of Boston Tin begins to frost (approx. 17 revolutions). Fine strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
