Bitter Rhubarb Martini
Slightly bitter and deeply intense, this chilly martini will warm you up on the coldest of Winter's nights.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Unfiltered
2 Rhubarb bitters
10ml/ ¼ oz Sugar syrup
Stir all ingredients, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a charred orange twist. Take 1 inch slice of an orange skin, remove pith. Torch the outer side until charred and zest on drink.
