Black Cherry and Rose Martini

 

A truly sexy champagne cocktail. Belvedere black raspberry rose notes nuance the deep red fruit of the fresh cherries, bitters add just enough twist and the champagne delivers this sultry summer drink. 

 

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
4 Black cherries
10ml/ ¼ oz Rose syrup
Dash lime juice
Dash Peychaud Bitters
Moet & Chandon

Muddle cherries. Add the rest of the ingredients, and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a champagne flute, and top with Moet & Chandon.
