5 Fresh cherries de-stoned

30ml/ 1 oz Pressed apple juice

Dash lemon juice

Dash almond bitters

Muddle cherries, add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a fresh cherry.
