Black Raspberry Julep

Menthol fresh and deeply restorative. It might not be the Colonel's choice but it has the ladies of Kentucky convinced.

50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
6 Fresh raspberries
10 Fresh mint leaves (no stalks)
25 ml/ 1/2 oz Simple syrup
Crushed ice

Press sugar into mint and add raspberries. Add rest of ingredients and top with crushed ice. Churn and re-top with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a raspberry.
