Black Raspberry Pineapple Cup
A veritable storm of deep dried fruit, bakers spices and fresh red berries served in a flowing bowl.
160ml/ 5 oz Pineapple juice
210ml/ 7 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
130ml/ 4.25 oz Lemon juice
30ml/ 1 oz Curacao
170ml/ 5.75 oz Ginger beer
75ml/ 2.5 oz Moet & Chandon
40ml/ 1.25 oz Simple syrup
70ml/ 2.25 oz Hennessy Fin de Cognac
170ml/ 5.25 oz Soda water
4 Dashes lemon bitters
20 Raspberries
½ Pineapple cubed
Add all ingredients to a punch bowl filled with ice. Pour over lots of cubed ice and top with Fever-Tree for the ginger beer and soda water.
