Candy Cane Punch
60ml/ 2oz Belvedere IX
5 Kumquats sliced
Dash lime juice
15ml/ ½oz Candy cane syrup*
Ginger beer
Gently press kumquats with candy cane syrup. Add rest of ingredients except ginger beer and shake with cubed ice. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and top with Fever-Tree ginger beer.
*Candy Cane Syrup
Break down 3 medium sized candy canes and place into a saucepan. Pour over ½ cup warm water and gently heat until the candy cane dissolves. Allow to cool before use.
