Citrus Espresso Martini

 

You wont find this in Starbucks. Earthy chocolate and toffee espresso is tempered with bright Citrus. A complex and refreshing digestif.

 

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus or Orange
Double espresso
Dash simple syrup
10ml/ ¼ oz Kahlua coffee liqueur (or other premium coffee liqueur substitute)

Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker, and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans. Optional lemon twist.
