Cocktail Napkins or "Bev Naps"

This is the fussy mother of the bartending tool kit, always there to mop up spills, clean fingers, wipe a sweaty brow, or, as the name would suggest, be the blanket upon which your newly created cocktail should lay its weary feet.  Also great for drying your fingers after you have successfully rescued the cocktail garnish from the bottom of your martini glass without the aid of a cocktail pick.
