Connaught Mule
Dry and complex; this is a mature cocktail that was designed to be taken slowly and with gravitas in the company of the great and the good. Join Belvedere as it takes our austere friend on the ride of its life.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus (or Belvedere Vodka)
15ml/ ½ oz Orgeat (almond) syrup
60ml/ 2 oz freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice
2.5ml cardamom bitters
1 cardamom pod
Gently crush cardamom pod with syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients, and double strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with Fever-Tree for the ginger ale. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of mint.
