Coriander Mule

Fire and ice, spicy ginger beer is cooled by our peashoot fresh and floral coriander. Long deep and refreshing.

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus (or Belvedere Vodka)
25ml/ ¾ oz Lime juice
10ml/ ¼ oz Simple syrup
8/10 Coriander leaves (no stalks)
Dash grapefruit bitters

Add all ingredients to a highball glass and top with crushed ice. Churn and re-top with crushed ice. Finish with a splash of ginger beer (not ale). Garnish with a coriander sprig and straws. Top with Fever-Tree ginger beer.
