Earl Grey Fizz
A delightfully interesting drink. Layers of sensual tea, citrus and toasted vanilla crowned with a dancing ring of bubbles.
30ml/ 1 oz Belvedere Vodka (or Citrus)
15ml/ ½ oz Earl Grey syrup
Dash grapefruit bitters
Moet & Chandon
Shake all ingredients (excluding the champagne) with cubed ice and strain into flute. Top with Moet & Chandon and garnish with a lemon twist.
