Eldermule
A hedgerow in the early morning sun, clean and fresh but heady and oddly seductive. A wonderful drink full of promise for the day ahead.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus
10ml/ ¼ oz St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
15ml/ ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
Dash simple syrup
30ml/ 1 oz Pressed apple juice
1 Sprig fresh rosemary
Gently press on the rosemary to release the oils. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a coupe glass over cubed ice and top with Fever-Tree for the ginger beer. Garnish with a piece of rosemary.
