Fawlty Tower Sour

 

Moorish, almond goodness tempered with refreshing kiwi and lengthed with soft and mellow apple juice, perfect summer's day cocktail. 

 

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus
1 Whole ripe kiwi
10ml/ ¼ oz Almond syrup
Dash lemon juice
60ml/ 2 oz Cloudy apple juice

Muddle kiwi with almond syrup.  Add the rest of the ingredients, and shake with ice. Pour over crushed ice into a sling glass. Garnish with a kiwi wheel.
