Fig & Hibiscus Sour
Cool layers of dark fruit and caramelised peel enveloped in soft creamy orange folds. Begs to be sipped in good company by a roaring fire.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Orange
30ml/ 1 oz Fig puree
15ml/ ½ oz Hibiscus syrup
15ml/ ½ oz Lemon juice
Dash Cointreau
15ml/ ½ oz Egg white
Dash orange bitters
Shake hard with cubed ice, and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of fig or hibiscus flower.
