First Down Mule Punch

1.5L/ 50oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
60ml/ 2oz Absinthe
450ml/ 15oz Simple syrup
300ml/ 10oz Lime juice
750ml/ 25oz Fever-Tree ginger beer

Place all ingredients into a punch bowl, add ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with pink grapefruit and orange slices. Top with Fever-Tree ginger beer.
