Honey Water Martini
Green fruit and bright lemon oils meld with just enough fresh baked tarte tartin. Balanced and delightfully interesting.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus or Belvedere Vodka
½ oz Honey water
Dash lemon juice
3-4 Sage leaves
30ml/ 1 oz Pressed apple juice
Dash sauternes wine
Muddle grapes with a dash of honey water. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with champagne grapes.
