Indian Rose

A warm salad of grilled apricots and garnet fresh berries. Small but perfectly formed.

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
1 Whole apricot
10ml/ ¼ oz Apricot liqueur
Dash honey water

Muddle apricot with honey water. Add rest of ingredients, and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a slice of apricot.
