IX Better Shot Flight
Fresh, Fiery and Fruity. Don’t be misled by their small stature, these IX shots are a stable of rare thoroughbreds of exceptional caliber.
L) 5 Mint leaves
15ml/ 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
Dash lime juice
30ml/ 1 oz Belvedere IX
M) 30ml/ 1 oz Belvedere IX
Cinnamon powder
Dash lime juice
Dash simple syrup
Ginger beer
R) 30ml/ 1 oz Belvedere IX
15ml/ ½ Pineapple juice
Dash lemon juice
4 Whole fresh cherries
L) Pineapple Moxito: Shake all with ice and strain into shot glass M) Cinnamon Mule: Rim glass with Cinnamon powder. Shake all ingredients (apart from ginger beer) with ice and strain into a shot glass. Top with ginger beer R) Cherry Slingshot: Muddle cherries, add rest of ingredients. Shake all ingredients and strain into a shot glass. Garnish with a cherry. Top with Fever Tree ginger beer.
