Negronis are the Romeo and Juliet of the cocktail world, all soaring passion and bittersweet sadness. Belvedere 1X breaths life into our Verona tragedy.
30ml/ 1 oz Belvedere IX
30ml/ 1 oz Campari
30ml/ 1 oz Sweet vermouth
Dash grapefruit bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
