Kaffir Collins
Kaffir lime takes Belvedere Citrus on a dance through a Thai street market, layers of medicinal herbal sours carefully balanced with a touch of sugar.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus
½ of a fresh kaffir lime
15ml/ ½ oz Lime juice
15ml/ ½ oz Simple syrup
Muddle limes and leaves in the base of a Boston glass with simple syrup. Shake with cubed ice and pour over crushed ice into a highball, and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of kaffir lime.
