Kumquat Mule
Instantly familiar and yet completely different, the maple syrup and those little swett tart orange nuggets bring this drink alive.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Orange
15ml/ .5 oz Lemon juice
10ml/ 1/4 oz Apricot liqueur
Dash maple syrup
8 Fresh kumquats halved
Muddle kumquats with maple syrup. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Strain into an ice filled sling glass and garnish with half a kumquat and straws.
