50m//2oz Belvedere Orange
6 fresh kumquats
Dash simple syrup
Dash crème de peche
15ml/1/2 oz lime juice
Dash orange bitters

Muddle kumquats with simple syrup, add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Pour into a crushed ice filled sling glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of kumquat
