Oopsi Daisy
Coriander has a cut grass and slightly perfumed notes that work wonderfully with that snap of the fresh apple and the lemon meringue of the Belvedere Citrus.
60ml/ 2oz Belvedere Citrus
1 Whole green apple or 25ml/ ¾oz Pressed apple juice or puree
10ml/ ¼oz Lemon juice
Dash simple syrup
5 Coriander leaves
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a coriander leaf.
