Pine Basil
A burst of sunny fruit underscored by the complex herbal note of the basil. A drink greater than the sum of its parts.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Citrus
4/5 Chunks fresh pineapple
2 Leaves fresh basil
Dash basil simple syrup
Muddle pineapple with simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients, and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a small basil leaf.
