50ml/2 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
3-4 grapefruit chunks
15ml/1/2 oz simple syrup

Muddle grapefruit with simple syrup. Add vodka, and top with crushed ice. Churn. Re top with crushed ice and garnish with a pink grapefruit wheel.
