Ginger Rogers dance your socks off. A riff on a classic Vodka Buck, a contemporary of the cocktail from the late 19th Century. Delicious, fresh and surprisingly complex.
60ml/ 2 oz Any Belverdere Vodka
Juice of ½ a lemon
Dash Elderflower Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients apart from ginger beer. Pour over cubed ice and top with Fever-Tree for the ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
