Ginger Rogers dance your socks off. A riff on a classic Vodka Buck a  contemporary of the cocktail from the late 19th Century. Delicious, fresh and surprisingly complex.

 

Any Belverdere Vodka
Fresh Lime
Ginger Beer
Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients apart from ginger beer. Pour over cubed ice and top with Fever-Tree for the ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
