Polish Summer Punch
Belvedere black raspberry takes deep red fruit and the effervescence and builds them in a sensual and elegant cocktail. Like red berries bursting under your nose.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
4 Fresh raspberries
25ml/ .75 oz Lemon juice
Dash crème de cassis
Top with Moet & Chandon
Shake first 4 ingredients with cubed ice, and strain into a crushed ice-filled sling glass. Top with champagne, and garnish with a raspberry.
